Refund policy
Exchange Policy
At AA Galleria, we want you to be happy with your order. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
No returns
We do not accept returns, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong shade or product selected by the customer, or personal preference. Because most of our products are beauty and personal care items, they cannot be resold once opened.
Exchanges for damaged or wrong items only
We will exchange an item only if it arrived damaged or defective, or if you received a different item from the one you ordered.
24-hour complaint window
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Complaints received after 24 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.
How to request an exchange
Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 325 8323797 or by email at aagalleria786@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and share:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or a video of the item received
- Photos of the parcel and packaging, including the courier label (airway bill)
Please keep the item and all packaging until your request has been resolved.
Condition of items
Items sent back for exchange must be unused and in their original brand packaging, with all parts and accessories included. Items that have been used, or that are not in their original packaging, may not be eligible for exchange.
Shipping costs
If your exchange request is approved, AA Galleria will arrange the courier pickup of the damaged or wrong item anywhere in Pakistan and will send the replacement to you at no extra cost. We will inform you of the pickup date in advance.
If the item is out of stock
If a replacement for the same item is not available, we will offer you an alternative product of equal value or store credit for the value of the item.
