AA Galleria delivers 100% original makeup and perfumes to every city and town in Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available all over Pakistan. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives – no advance payment is needed.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you place your order. At the moment, delivery within Pakistan is free.
Processing and delivery time
- Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
- Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days. Remote areas may take a little longer.
- Once your parcel is dispatched, we share the tracking details with you.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp with your order number. Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or wrong item?
Please check your parcel on arrival. If an item is damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or a video. Approved cases are exchanged at no extra cost. We do not accept returns for change of mind. See our Exchange Policy for details.
